Family Business

Papa2.jpgJose Manuel Campos Basin, Master Pastry Chef with over forty years of experience, began his career in the hands of his father, founding member of the Interregional Association of craftsmen bakers Taste and Tradition, owner of the bronze medal at the Food Fair Barcelona (1976).
 
In 2004, and with the entrepreneurial spirit of Jose Manuel Cuenca Cano (his son), La Casita de los Chocolates achieved the award of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha in the IDEA, for the project  "Chocolates Quesicos of La Mancha ".
 
Looking at the dimensions that begins to take the project and the expertise of the Cuenca family, in 2005 they inaugurated its factory facilities, incorporating modern facilities and equipment where production quality care in all its phases, without forgetting the traditional process so characteristic of pralines.

Encouraged by the gastronomic recognition achieved by its chocolates, and being regarded as a classic cuisine of La Mancha, innovate and renew the artisan chocolates with "Mediterranean Capricho" and "Blossom Winery", based on the same line as the chocolates that made them famous.
